Alberta > Adoption Records in Alberta:

I have heard that the law about adoption has changed in Alberta. Is this true?

Yes. The law with regard to adoptions in Alberta is now contained in a provincial statute called the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act. It came into force in Alberta on November 1, 2004.
