Alberta, a Commissioner for Oaths is defined by the Commissioners
for Oaths Act in the Statutes of Alberta, Chapter C-19.
A Commissioner for Oaths administers oaths,
and takes and receives affidavits, declarations, and affirmations
that will be used in Alberta.
