Standards Code includes the following areas:

of pay, deductions from pay;
- hours
of work and rest periods;
- overtime
and overtime pay;
- holidays
and holiday pay;
- vacations
and vacation pay;
- maternity
and adoption benefits;
- termination
of employment;
- employment
of those under 18.
