I want to give notice to my employer. When can I expect to get all the money owed to me?
If
you give the notice required by your employment contract, your employer
must pay all wages, overtime, general holiday pay, and vacation
pay within three days following the termination of your employment.
If
you do not give proper notice, your employer does not have to give
you what is owed to you until ten days after the date on which your
notice would have expired had it been given.
