When I moved
into my new apartment, my landlord told me that he had a strict
policy of changing the locks every time a tenant moved out and
before a new one moved in. Last weekend, my apartment was broken
into and the police caught the son of the last tenant with some
of my stuff. He used the key to enter the apartment because it
still worked. Can I take legal action
against my landlord for the losses I have suffered?
