What
powers would I have as trustee for my father, for example?
According
to the Alberta Dependent Adults Act, you would have the
following powers:
-
the right to take possession and control of all the real and personal
property of your father;
- the
right to manage, handle, administer, sell, dispose of or otherwise
deal with the estate just as your father could have done if he
were able to make reasonable judgments with respect to his estate.
