Yes, there are a number of avenues you can explore:
- Find out if your province has any legislation about family
violence or adults at risk. If you fit within the terms of the
law, you might be able to apply for a protective order
to keep your son away.
- Apply for a restraining order.
- Apply for a peace bond.
