National > Divorce > Federal Child Support Guidelines:

Do we have to go back to court to change our child support order?

Not necessarily. It is always possible for you to talk to your ex-spouse and work out a new agreement based on the Guidelines or to negotiate a new arrangement through your lawyers if you do not get along well enough on your own.
