Will the changes to provincial laws be the same in every province?
No,
each province has the power to make its own laws as it thinks best
for the people in that province. It is quite possible that even
if every Canadian province changes its laws to reflect all or part
of the federal Guidelines that there could still be some differences
in the law in different provinces.
