Who cares how much stuff I bring back to Canada?

The Canadian government cares. You must fill out forms for Canada Customs that list all of the items you bought while out of the country or that you were given as gifts and are bringing back. As well, you must declare all goods purchased at a Canadian or foreign duty-free store if you are bringing them back to Canada.

You should keep the original receipts from all your purchases.

For more information, see "I Declare" on the Canada Border Services Agency website.
