What would a judge order for access if the parents cannot agree?

It depends on the circumstances of the family. Generally, a judge might order that the access parent see the children for

  • one visit during the school week,
  • every second weekend,
  • alternating Christmases, Easters and birthdays, and
  • several weeks during the summer.
