Once a judge makes a decision about custody, is that decision final?Custody of children is never absolutely final. If your family's circumstances change, the existing custody order may no longer be the best solution. As parents, you and your spouse can always talk to one another and agree about a change in custody, or you can go back to court and ask the judge to review custody.
